Dreams Encouraging Dreaming Convince yourself: Think of things you want to dream about, maybe think of a problem you have that you want to sort out. Doing this could entice your subconscious into revealing what you feel deep down that you should do. Enjoy your dreams: They are your dreams; you are usually the star so you should enjoy this, like you are the star in your very own Hollywood film. A thing which I find with my dreams, which I am sure everyone else experiences at one time or another, is feeling like you have control over your dream and you can make it the best dream in the world. Visualize: Imagine yourself after waking up exhilarated after you have just had a dream that is going o brighten your emotions for the rest of the day, maybe because it was a dream of happiness in your life, or it could be that you have dreamt of a way out of a situation you are currently in. Be positive: Tell yourself that you are going to dream and that you are going to remember it in the morning. Plan: Maybe you could set your alarm to wake you up during the stage of deepest sleep, then you can note down the dream that you were having when you woke up. Dream yoga: Visualize a blue light at
the back of your throat as you fall asleep, this is due to the belief
that the brain stem which is located here is the control center for
your dream state.
